Fear

  "Fear" of not achieving your goal! of loosing people! of trying new things in life!            of what will happen in the future! of not getting that job done! of not getting likes or followers on social media! of asking for help! of rejection! of what others will think.... and many more..... There is an unending list.... whether you are the CEO of a company or a junior employee, a child or an adult, affluent or poor, we all have fears of one kind or another. See! Fears are like seeds; the more we water them, the more they develop. In context, the more we are afraid of anything going wrong or being worried, the more we start channeling those ideas, the more fear grows. Dread is a notion of being afraid of taking action toward goals, and when we are unable to take action, we experience fear. Detachment

 Why are we humans made this way? If I received this, I would be happy; if I did this, I would be happy; if the circumstances or circumstances had been different, I would have been happier.

We frequently lose sight of the fact that we are experiencing life for the first time, becoming so engrossed in it and fretting over things that might have been but are not. Olny the one chance to make things perfect consumes us till we die, and at the end we strike ourselves with specific realizations that. Oh! here comes the detachment, which is being present in the times of worldly activities while being independent of them. I have not lived life because I was so engrossed in the things that I forgot that I was here to live, feel, and experience. I understand that after reading this, you're probably wondering how that's even possible. 
 
I am aware that this is quite challenging to comprehend, but if we put in the effort to learn more, we will undoubtedly be able to comprehend the rule of detachment in order to lessen our suffering, which will have a favorable effect on our mental and physical well-being. We humans are doing this because we are aware that surviving on our planet is like being caught in a never-ending cycle of rewards that are only around for a short period and not something we can depend on forever!
