The world needs to recognize that taking time out for oneself is just as vital as scrolling your phone. Leading in this cut-throat environment is a major source of stress and worry these days. One must recognize that it is preferable to discharge thoughts by discussing them with others or writing them down. In the process of continually worrying about something for which we have no idea what the universe has in store for us in the future, one loses the capacity to enjoy the present moment. This is not to say that one should not consider the future. It is necessary to ponder, but not to worry about it.
So, here's something to consider: your thinking process must be balanced, because "You should dominate your thoughts, not let it rule you".

See! What comes to mind when you think of the term HAPPINESS is that if I buy that particular item or do that particular task, I'll be happy, right? We all think like this.
Whenever you have this notion, Imagine having all of your desires come true and experiencing bliss for a period of time, then suddenly realizing you are no longer happy, wondering, take a break and ask yourself a simple question: what happens next? what to do next and this pattern continues....As we continue to create sources of happiness, we hurry to fulfill them; if we succeed, we receive transient delight; if we fail, we suffer from tension. If I conclude, neither circumstance leads to genuine happiness.
The concept of seeking happiness outside of oneself is a transient one, because happiness is an inner job. The minute we begin to create happiness from inside, such as finding happiness in simple things, as we know that life has both rosy and rainy days, and this is how life is! If you learn to be happy both ways, whether things go your way or not, simply ACCEPT things as they are, then MY FRIEND, happiness will undoubtedly find you one day. If you train your mind in this manner, you will become independent of life's consequences and will be free of tension and anxiety.
