Fear

  "Fear" of not achieving your goal! of loosing people! of trying new things in life!            of what will happen in the future! of not getting that job done! of not getting likes or followers on social media! of asking for help! of rejection! of what others will think.... and many more..... There is an unending list.... whether you are the CEO of a company or a junior employee, a child or an adult, affluent or poor, we all have fears of one kind or another. See! Fears are like seeds; the more we water them, the more they develop. yoga

Yoga is a practice that everyone in today's society is familiar with.

Around 300 million individuals worldwide practice yoga, according to the International Yoga Federation. How can we know that among such a big number of individuals, how many people are practicing yoga consciously, not just for the purpose of improving the exterior look of the body but also mending the body from the inside?

~ The Sanskrit root word "yug," which literally means to yoke or combine, is where the term "yoga" derives from.

Many of these people do yoga as a sort of physical exercise without comprehending the practice's true significance. Yoga involves performing a variety of poses known as asanas, each of which has a distinct meaning. Yoga is a broad phrase that encompasses not just asanas but also "dhyana," or meditation, which directly ties to the seven chakra's of the body as asanas are practiced. Yoga is essential for establishing a connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Daily yoga practice has the power to transform lives, and mindful and emotional yoga practice is equally powerful.

The correct approach to practice yoga is to be aware of your body's motions, which requires you to:

 * Feel your limbs moving.

* Feel the blood and organs inside your body.

 I would like to emphasize that when engaging in asanas and meditation, feel your entire body and connect with the bodily functions.

Additionally, express thankfulness to your body for its functionality and existence, and you will notice your development both physically and emotionally.

This will also raise your awareness of life, aid in sharpening your attention on the work at hand, and promote a positive outlook on things.
